This recipe was inspired by one of my son’s Starbucks obsession, he always loves trying things at Starbucks as a treat. I was curious about the Pumpkin Spice Lattes  that everyone always raves about, so I decided to try one and then recreate that flavor at home on a budget! This batch makes enough to last the week and turns even the sleepiest Monday into a little fall celebration! Bonus: it makes your kitchen smell like a fall festival that’s so warm and cozy!
